We want you to be satisfied with Smart Export for SSMS. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid licenses purchased through our website.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refund requests are handled by us in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws.

14-day money-back guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with Smart Export, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  • This guarantee applies to Pro (annual) and Lifetime (one-time) licenses purchased directly from us.
  • The 14-day period begins on the date of purchase confirmation from Paddle, not the date of license activation.

Eligible refunds

  • First-time purchases of Pro or Lifetime licenses within 14 days of payment.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases — contact us promptly with order details.
  • Technical issues that we cannot resolve and that prevent reasonable use of the Software.

Non-refundable situations

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • Renewals of Pro subscriptions after the initial subscription period (renewals are non-refundable unless required by law).
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
  • Refund abuse, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
  • Free tier usage — no payment was collected.

How to request a refund

  • Email 344028991@qq.com with your order number, purchase email, and a brief reason for the request.
  • We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you must stop using the paid features of Smart Export.

You may continue using the free tier if available, subject to its terms.

Subscription cancellation

Pro is an annual subscription. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Paddle receipt or customer portal to prevent future charges.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless requested within the 14-day guarantee window.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly and chargebacks may delay resolution for both parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
